A word used to convey shock, whilst avoiding swearing.
Usually used in upper-class company in Britian, or in medievil roleplay.
"Yegads, I cannot believe that Wendy was quite so flexible!"
"Yegads, This is actually a very nice house Brian, and I always thought you were a bum"
