What is Yeggis?

A generic insult
more specifically it can be used to insult someone's personality as a whole (see example 1)
Its etymology lies in west Yorkshire slang more particularly that of Leeds.
It can be used also to insult in more general ways (see examples 2, 3, 4, and 5)
1 - "Oi yeggis" = "Beware, idiot"
2 - "Oi yeggis 'ead" = "Beware idiot with unusual head"
3 - "Yeen petti is yeggis" = "Your petroleum fuelled scooter is somewhat lacking in style/speed/fuel economy/etc.
4 - "Yonderwaans braewaans ees yeggis" = "Your brother is mentally deficient"
5 - Person A: "Waa blaa weeyaans buzzin teh on yonder fiddy"
Person B: "quarry blaa"
Person A: "int satin wrong win yeen choke"
Person B: "naa blaa meewaans have tuken yon gander ay een waan boshte you yeggis ed"

Person B: "To the quarry friend."
Person A: "Isn't something wrong with your choke?"
