you drive around in a car and roll the window down. when you drive by someone on the street you yell something at them such as, "hey butt head" or "hey dummy, get inside" this is a much more proper form of insulting someone, rather thatn being too vulgur.
"Hey, let's go drive around town and try yelling at butts!"
