Describes someone of jewish origin. But not just any jew, this is a hardcore torah thumpin', shabbash lovin, matza eating jew. Not typically used as an insult, but to give props.
'Damn yitza, no lights on friday? You so crazy.'
'Eyo, I saw this mad gangsta yitza chillin on the curb with the mamacitas when i was in williamsburg yesterday, he gave me mad props'
