What is Yoji Anjo?

A Japanese mixed martial artist and former professional wrestler. His nickname was "Mr 200%". He is perhaps best known for his role in the formation of Pride Fighting Championships. For the inaugural event in 1997 he helped arrange the main fight against Rickson Gracie and Nobuhiko Takada, the bout which pitted Japanese professional wrestling against Brazilian jiu-jistu. Because of the event's popularity the organization would go on for another 10 years.
