What is Yugoslavian Headache?

It starts off when a woman is giving you head. While she is performing the oral act, take two 45-pound weights and raise them up to about ear height. Then, right before you come, bring the weights down upon her head, crushing her skull and exposing her brain. Then, proceed to ejaculate onto her brain, at least trying to cause brain damage before she dies.
"Dude, last night was horrible. i gave this chick a yugoslavian headache, and i killed her."
"I thought you gave her a Ukrainian Piledriver?"
"I did, but she lived through it. i needed to finish the job."
