Yuuper n. (yoo' per) - 1. A flatulent, ill tempered mammal widely known for its inability to correctly pick college football games. 2. A resident or former resident of Michigan's Upper Peninsula (see also entry 1).
Some Yuupers have developed a Canadian accent because of their proximity to Canada.
