What is Zaff?

Zaff (zaf) adj. is used to describe a person who either looks or acts like Fogel, from the movie Superbad, when under the alias
adjective;
Example 1.
"Yo, dude look at that guy... he's a Zaff!"
noun; Same meaning as the adjective, just used in noun form.
