A randy on Halo. He was born under the jungle of Guardian to a lion and a hippo. The Zelphar is a very rare Pokemon. You only have one opportunity to catch him so make sure you bring a lot of ultra balls. Legend tells that the Zelphar has the wang of a newborn child.
