A male who has received arse-sex but is yet to penetrate anus, owing to some feigned belief that unless you give, you're not gay. A selfish gay - receives but does not give. A blatant homosexual living in denial.
Paul: "My oh my did you see that greek guy at the party? He was so tense. Definitely a zikou."
