What is Zmouflage?

When someone puts a z in front of their name on Instant Messenger so they will drop to the bottom of people's lists. Usually done to avoid conversations. Pronounced like camouflage but with a zee sound in front.
Cyle didn't want to get hounded with questions at work so he was sporting some zmouflage in an attempt to hide.
