What is Zo Zo Pang?

A term relating to feeling sorry for someone's current situation, but not feeling sorry because of a wrong done.

i.e. John is failing chemistry. Greg says "Zo zo pang." as opposed to "I'm sorry." Greg did not cause John failing Chemistry, so he should not be sorry.
