Another name for "sister" that has been "ghetto"fied. Also used as a nickname for girls who have names or other nicknames that start with the letter "Z". Generally pretty amazing people....who are just cool enough for the "Z" to fit them and show off their uniqueness.
Friend: Hey Zsta! What are we doing tonight?
Z: Nothing much...probably movies or something....
