An Ass Clown who claims to be a professional but has no talent, therefore by definition is a ZTAC.

A ZTAC is usually the reason that any meeting a conference-call turns into a Goat Rodeo. Also known as a NTAC = No Talent Ass Clown. WARNING: Make sure to CYA if part of an institution with entire departments of ZTAC's or NTAC's!
