Zumba is an aerobic workout founded by Colombian-born Beto Perez. This "potluck" dance exercise borrows music, footwork, and body movements from salsa, merengue, flamenco, cumbia, reggaeton, quebradita, belly dance, tango, bhangra, hiphop, and other dances. Zumba's tag-line is "Ditch the workout, join the party."
