An abriviation (generally used in text or email) for "anything but my job"
Secretary #1: Why did the file clerk just dump out a half a pot of coffee and brew another one. It was only 1/2 an hour old.
Secretary #2: Oh he's always up for a little ABMJ, he's probably over there playing tetris right now. In the mean time I have 3 feet of loose filing that's been sitting here for a week waiting for him to pick it up.
