A high school in Lafayette, California where all the guys are douche bags and none of the girls are as attractive as they think they are.

Although they are the flagship school of the district Acalanes is plagued with alcoholism and poor athletics. They maintain high GPAs through easy courses and rich parents bribing teachers.

Throughout the district Acalanes is known as being "that school" and is universally disliked by the surrounding high schools.
