an individual who expresses their ideas by getting involved and taking action...whether it be pro or anti (insert noun here). being activly involved in community and society nomatter what your beliefs.

Slacker with a cause, usually traveling in a quaint vehicle plastered with bumper stickers like "NO BLOOD FOR OIL," "REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS FOR ALL," and "SPAY OR NEUTER YOUR PETS." Singularly unaware of irony and how stupid people look in knit rasta caps. While generally a conspiracy theorist, the activist often believes in the inherent goodness of mankind and will beat the shit out of her/his domestic partner for thinking differently.

someone so desperate to force their own self-righteous views on everyone else that they will whine and complain and protest about ridiculous and un-important things like 'a man in australia who kicked a dog once' or 'people who say mean things'.
these people are so busy doing this that they will forget to do things that are important, like wash or buy proper clothes
alright kids, that dirty bald lady over there with the sign saying 'I DON'T LIKE LITTER' is an activist. here are some rocks. go nuts.

I can stand any activist. They are irritating.

a rich kid or person who thinks he cares about people, but in a few years he will be making money off of mommy and daddys trust fund money. These people claim they know all about tibet, but don't know what the people in their suburban town are like.
Are often blindly left and focus on stupid issues rather than domestic issues. They often live in gentrified communities and hate anything remotely American. They also hate people who spend money for destroying the world. But they are like everyone else.
"That activist is a revolutionary against mommy and daddys money. He went to college a few months and thinks he knows everything. Yeah right"
