alomaird! refers to a term of endearment. An abreviated version of the phrase "hello mate", it is used by many former students of varndean college in brighton UK. invented in april 2005 the phrase has gone from strength to strength- nowadays consisting of many different tones and lenghs pending upon certain situations.
