What is American Gladiator?

A kick-ass show with massive men with names like "Lightning","Outlaw",or "Chocolate Thunder" ,most likely on steroids, beating the shit out of other people that stand no chance.But on occasion someone does go about beating one of the American Gladiators, and winning bascialy nothing.

The only gladiator game/show that doesn't involve killing a person or fighting a wild animal like lion or tiger.
btw, watching someone getting killed is better than watching someone getting their ass kicked on American Gladiator.
