What is Amsterdam Syndrome?

The is not an actual syndrome, just the term used to describe what sometimes happens when visiting the great city. Basically, it occurs on the first day in the city when having to travel via plane to Amsterdam and go straight to a coffee shop.
Flying to Amsterdam usually means you dont get alot of sleep the night before and sometimes miss meals on the day of the flight. This results in a tired and hungry arrival to Amsterdam. But these things dont cross your mind when arriving and you go straight to a coffee shop and smoke, getting "hilariously high" and "messed up" - Amsterdam Syndrome!
