my coworker is a real assholiopath he always looks for ways to throw people under the bus.

one who seeks to pervert, subvert, supervert, disrupt or destroy whatever one is a part of by telling half truths, inflaming rumors or simply considering one to be smarter than everyone else involved
He ruined the party plans with all his behind the scenes manipulations, but he couldn't help it, he's an assholiopath.
