A person who is too wired to focus on anything for long and is continuously blinking as if imitating a camera on autofocus.
These people never stop moving their heads. They appear to be talking bobble head dolls and never look at you when you are speaking.
Autofocus people can also be described as being eternally on fast-forward.
"Man, that chick is autofocus"
