A "Balki" is named after the character Balki "Don't be Ridiculous" Bartokomous who was a fictional character on the television sitcom Perfect Strangers. A "Balki", otherwise known as a "Perfect Stranger", is where two guys sit on their hands until they become numb and then proceed to jerk each other.
After a long night of drinking and not bringing home any bitches, Tom and Steve decided to give each other a Balki.
