In Singapore's context, dirty, stupid & ugly workers from Bangladesh who came to Singapore & hog up space. They like to bump into people, totally ignorant of the fact that they are dirty, & are often spotted holding hands with the same gender.
Banglas are like roaches. When you see one of 'em around, it's alright. However, when you see a whole bunch of 'em swarming together, that's downright disgusting! You have to see it in Singapore to believe it!
