What is Basement Hobbit Hopper?

The female nomadic version of the Basement hobbit. She often seeks out male basement hobbits to burrow in with after she tires of the older ones. Often after dating a basement hobbit for a couple of weeks, she burrows in with him in his mother's basement. Unlike the average male basement hobbit being a male in his 30+ years, a hopper can be anywhere from 18+ years. She is often drug addicted.
Example;
Girl #1: "I can't believe that Misty girl... she just moves from one basement hobbit guy to another. What is her attraction to loser men like that anyways?"
Girl #2: "That, my friend, is what we call a Basement hobbit hopper."
