What is Bash.ru?

A russian version of bash quote database which is extremely popular in Russia. Guess far more popular than american one in America.
There's no big difference in subjects of most of quotes in russian and american bashorgs, russian's just more computerized and linuxized and US one is more sex oriented.
Some quotes do even repeat in both of them.
