What is Biased Judge?

When two or more attractive girls pal around with an unattractive girl. The attractive girls all receive high marks on the attractiveness scale (8-10), whereas the unattractive girl does not (no more than a 4), making her the Biased Judge: the individual who brings down the composite score of the group.
Dan: "Check out the pack of hotties. Nines, at least."
Brian: "Yeah, but they're hiding a Biased Judge at the center."
Dan: "WOAH, good call, what an average killer."
