The process of buying marijuana from a shady drug dealer(most commonly african american) in which you do not know the exact quantity or quality of the product(because of the lack of a scale and greed) and there is a highten chance of you getting robbed due to the dealers economic position.
Tom: Bill look at this, i played the black gamble yesterday because my regular guy was out and look at this dank ass shit.
