What is Blank Notepad?

When you're on the phone with someone (a friend, signifigant other, etc.) and they're supposed to be talking to you, but they're either around people or hanging out with someone, and they totally pay no attention to you on the other line because they're too busy talking to whoever they are with. I think that is sooo annoying.
You: How was your day..?
Whoever you're talking to: Eh.. it was alright... Haha, I love you, man.
You: I love you too!
Whoever you're talking to: No, I was talking to Jason...
"My boyfriend just pulled a Blank Notepad! You think that's his way of saying he's mad? He doesn't care anymore!"
