What is Blasenflap?

The language of incoherent ramblings one resorts to when they have become utterly aggravated or overwhelmed by the stupidity of another. It is usually seen in comic strip captions as a string of punctuation marks.
"Grr rassa frassa %$(#&^#)@!^$@*&!!!" is an example of blasenflap.
