What is Bloto?

Bloto refers to condition of inebriation. Not necessarily the typical frat boy "lets-get-wasted" ethic. But definitely implying a state of wanting to be under the influence.

Lets go out to that restaurant you were talking about so we can get some good food and get bloto!
