Original superhero who fights crime armed with only a four-wheeled sled and a pair of electric blue mothercare y-fronts to conceal his identity. Most sightings have been reported in the tri-town area and at Dallas Cowboys home games. Often replicated (Spiderman, Superman) but never duplicated.
The Blue Phanom will never rest until he has blooded his pants.
