What is Bluelighter?

Someone who does too many drugs and not enough homework. Also a carrier of many STD's due to repeated contact with other of these 'bluelighters'. Not to be confused with Kmart employees. Often the best person to ask for a joint, but the last one to ask for change. They spend their time on a message board trying to find other people to give STD's to and for new sources of illegal substances. None of them are worth knowing because they're all lame-ass junkie e-tards.
"Hey it smells like bluelighters around here."

An imprudent member of a volunteer emergency service authorized by local authorities to drive his/her personal vehicle with siren and blue flashing lights.
That bluelighter just about ran me off the road!!
