What is Blumpkin Bib?

The paper toilet seat cover (ass gasket) used to protect the frontal area of one giving a Blumpkin. This protection is useful to ward off Blumpkin Backsplash Facials or Blumpkin Backfires. The ass gasket is slipped over the head and positioned as one would wear a bib with the center (head shaped) section hanging down for more frontal coverage.
Becasue we had to get back to the party, she used a Blumpkin bib to hide the evidence of the Blumpkin Facial.
