What is Boilo?

A drink popular in the mountinous north east regions of Pennsylvania, often served around the holiday season. This drink typically consists of several oranges, honey, sugar, cinnamon sticks, a bottle of whisky and optionally rasins and other spices. Must be served hot.

That shot of boilo made me feel like I had drunk gingerbread men running down my throat.
