1.) When you are white and think you are black. Otherwise known as a wigger
2.) Also a condition to where you cant talk or shit due to sticking too many dicks down your throat and up your ass.
3.) When you have a dick that looks like a vagina due to taking steroids and you are also extremely short due to the steroids. Yet you dont get results from them you still are weak.
4.) When you have a jealousy disorder and have to put things on urban dictionary to make yourself feel tough. You arent good at anything and are jealous of those who are good.
NOTE: If there are any other definitions i forgot feel free to define people those are just what I have heard over time
