What is Bolden?

A bolden is used to describe an idiot. A dummy. A person that cannot chew gum and walk at the same time or they will trip and possibly kill themselves. They often confuse genders which results in awkward relationships.
To describe someone humping a statue in the middle of a crowded park. You would say, Look at that bolden.
