Used to describe a place,usually a pub, bar or nightclub in which the there is a distinctly higher proportion of males than females.
John and Rob approach the door to the local late licensed bar.
John : Should be a good night tonight, I'm mullered!
Rob : This place is usually pretty easy to pull in too.
John : Bring it on!!!
John and Rob enter the establishment bypassing the quizical looking bouncer.
John : Err...n't see much crumpet in here...It's rammo!
Rob : Looks a little Bollock Heavy to me aswell.
John : Fuck it, fancy a kebab??!
