What is Bolshoi?

A cocktail invented in Sakhalin Island at the Sapporo bar Yuzhno.
It comprises of 100ml of Yuri vodka (there can be no substitute) poured over a large quantity of ice and topped to the top of a long pint glass with tonic. A Generous wedge of lemon is added to taste.
A subversive sub-culture blossomed in the town and cries of 'bolshoi time' are still frequently hear on Lenin st.
