What is Bomont" Or "bomonted?

In the movie Jackie Brown, by filmmaker Quentin Tarantino, a drug addict character named Bomont gets murdered brutally in cold blood, due in great part to his lack of awareness/logic. So when something bad happens that is unfair or executed with mal-awareness, it is termed bomonted, or a state of bomontness. I've heard this term also used to describe someone who is full of bullsh*t.
