The word "Brox" actually origionates from the little known manx language that has offen offered solutions to voids in the English language when refering to short imp like folk . The term brox was aimed at farmers who did not yield a good crop due to their small stature and the stubby arms they possesed along with the ferret like hair on their bellies. How Gay!
