What is Buildaroo?

An underground tradition in the California building community where building professionals come together to share stories, have building competitions, drink and party together.
Joe (foreman): Hey where the hell is Steve? He was supposed to show up at 8am to finish framing the wall.
Mike (framing crew): We went to the
buildaroo last night in Berkeley and he drove a nail through his hand in the framing competition. He'll be out a few days at least. Damn fun though.
