A bumper biscuit is when you take a dump on a nemesis', rival, or friends car bumper. Mostly done by high school or college age boys, well known at the Virginia Military Institute (VMA).
Dude, all that corn and nuts paid off. I dumped a bumper biscuit on that idiot Jason's car that was worthy of the yearbook.
