What is Burn 'em?

To rotate, freely, one's tires in a fashion that emits smoke and or noise. To maximize the effect of the smoke one can apply a generous amount of sodium hypochlorite, commonly known as bleach.
Luke was burnin 'em in his truck.
To encourage Luke to further damage his tires we yelled, "BURN 'EM!"
