The facial appearance of cluelessness and confusion, occassionally replaced with an attitude of quintessential smugness, which gives bushface a piquancy not often found in those exhibiting the bozoid behaviors, such as bozophrenia or bozoleptsia.

Because for GWB it was reflexive, he immediately became bushfaced. It was as if he couldn't believe that Cheney had done it.
