What is Butt Pony?

A game played by two men utilizing urinals, where one man declares that Butt Pony will be played, and subsequently both men must melee each other to be the first to jam a paper towel tube in between the crotch of the other man's pants whilst they are both urinating. The first man to stop urinating loses.
"Man, gotta pee?"
"Yes."
"Ahhhh...."
"...Hey Steve, I declare Butt Pony!"
"Owww....my colon...."
