What is Buttjam?

Any act by which a person forcibly oppresses any object into an area or concept whereby that object is obviously too large to fit. Also, when a dim-witted co-worker invariably and frequently, without warning, inserts his/her unwelcome or grossly irrelevant comments or discretions into a coversation they aren't welcome to joining, often occuring during water-cooler meetings.
I wish Henry wouldn't buttjam his jobs into production because it really throws our workflow off.
Why is Henry always butt-jamming his dumb remarks into our happy-hour coversations?
