What is Camera Death?

When playing a video game with two or more players, and one of the players dies because of the camera angle (i.e. is scooted off the screen into a cliff, or scooted into enemy fire). This is generally a graphics flaw and is not the fault of the player.
Oh man! My guy died a horrible camera death.
Your Boba Fett keeps sending my Darth Vader to a camera death.
