What is Cancophony?

The loud sound(s) created when someone a) has a noisy bowel movement or b) has a bowel movement in a bathroom with acoustics that amplify or otherwise emphasize the sounds related to defecation (gas, the feces splashing in the bowel, etc.).

You need to install a ceiling fan in your bathroom because there's too much cancophony whenever someone takes a crap.
